Description
The "Cracow Manuscript" with pieces for viola da gamba solo is one of the most important testimonies of the gamba literature of the 17th century. It contains a total of 140 individual pieces by Dubuisson, Nicolas Hotman and William Young and was written between 1650 and 1670. We are publishing this extensive collection in a new edition complete and in the original order, divided into five issues. The degree of difficulty of the pieces varies, but the music is always worth playing, so that it should be a pleasure for every gambist to study this collection intensively.
